The part nobody warned you about

You didn't start a business to reconcile a bank feed at midnight.

The books still have to be right. Month after month, that keeps landing back on you.

The nights and weekends

Receipts and invoices take the hours you meant to spend on clients.

The nagging doubt

You think the numbers are right. You could not prove it if someone asked.

Another new face

You explain your business again, to whoever picked up this time.

The things that slip

Something is always behind, and you find out when it matters most.

The fix

One bookkeeper, one system, numbers that close on schedule.

One person, one process, and a close you can plan around. Everything runs in QuickBooks® Online.

  1. We talk, once

Twenty minutes. You tell me where things stand, I tell you whether I can help.

  2. I set the rhythm

A books health check, a walkthrough of what I found, and a firm quote. Anything behind gets caught up, then your month closes on schedule.

  3. You get numbers

Reports in your portal showing what moved, and a short call to talk through why.

Who you're actually hiring

An examiner's discipline. An owner's instincts.

Questions people actually ask

What kind of businesses do you work with?

I specialize in established professional-service businesses: law practices, agencies, consultancies, design and engineering firms, SaaS and IT companies, real estate brokerages, and select property managers. I've examined the financials of hundreds of businesses across most bankable industries, so industry is rarely the deciding factor. What I'm actually weighing on a call is whether I can help you get where you're trying to go. If I can't, I'll tell you.

My books are a mess and I'm behind. Can you help?

Yes. Catch-up and cleanup is a good part of my work. The entries are the easy part. What takes experience is spotting the red flags, tracing them to what actually caused them, and giving you a plan to fix it, so the same mess doesn't rebuild itself. No judgment. I've seen it before.

How do we communicate and share documents?

Every client gets their own secure portal. Source documents go there, I publish your monthly reports there, and routine messages run through it, so nothing important ends up buried in an email thread. A financial review by Zoom or phone is there whenever you want it, monthly or quarterly. Some clients take every one. Others would rather I just get in touch when something needs their attention.

What if something urgent comes up?

Reach out right away. Because I already know your numbers, I can usually tell you quickly what you're looking at. If it needs a tax professional or an attorney, I'll say so and work alongside them.

What's the commitment?

Month to month, in writing. No long-term commitment. A flat monthly fee based on your business, agreed before any work starts.

Not on the list? Ask me. You'll have an answer within one business day.
